Our goal at Fall River Restaurant stems from our commitment to healthy, flavorful food, and to environmentally-conscious decision making in our day-to-day lives.  We are also deeply committed to supporting our community. We strive to buy as many local ingredients as possible, and hope, one day, to be completely self-sufficient.
One of the benefits of buying local and organic food is its freshness. This translates to flavour and to high-quality meals on your plate.  As important as what you’ll find in our food, is what you won’t find -- growth hormones, antibiotic-injected meats, and pesticide-ridden fruits and vegetables.  This approach to food and farming reduces the use of fossil fuels and lessens the risk of chemical fertilizers washing into our rivers.
In an era of multinational corporations and fast food, it seems as though nearly everything we do has a negative effect on our environment.
