Tamara Woods first opened the doors of the Sunflower Bake Shop in 1995 with the philosophy of making fresh products entirely from scratch. Since then, the business has enjoyed tremendous growth.  A new home, purchased in 2007, offers parking and handicap accessibility. All products are still made from scratch, using many local ingredients. Summer patrons can enjoy lunch on the deck along the river, or eat by the fire in the winter. There is a sumptuous repertoire of baked goods, as well as cakes, treats and a deli style lunch featuring our new salad bar.
