Come on down to the farm Sunday February 12th at 1:00 pm for an afternoon of old-fashion fudge making!  Using a recipe combining goat milk straight from the udder, sugar, butter and other ingredients,  we will make a batch of fudgey deliciousness just in time for the Valentine's Day.  The flavour of the day will of course be chocolate!  This is a hands on workshop with small groups making their own recipe.   All sessions begin with an introduction to Emilie and the rest of the Nubian goat herd followed by a lesson in hand milking so bring along your rubber boots!  Classes are small and limited to 12.  Cost is $25 per person.  Everyone will leave with plenty of fudge made during the workshop.
