Carleton Place Since purchasing their farm in 2006, Shawn and Jo’Anne Cassidy have worked hard to make their fields more productive. Their animals are free ranging and are fed vegetables from the garden as well as certified organic feed from Bernerland Organic Farm. The meat is processed and government inspected at a licensed abattoir. Ashton Naturals products are sold at the farm gate and at the Almonte Farmers Market. Shawn and Jo’Anne are members of the Canadian Organic Growers and Just Foods.
