Artisan Bread Baking 1 – Introduction to Bread Baking

   Cost: $40.00.  Thursday Feb 16th.  10-2pm

This first course covers the fundamentals of bread baking with emphasis on the all so important

 gluten structure in bread and how to work successfully with yeast. Emphasis will also be given

 to the importance of the right temperatures in bread baking and the advantages of using preferments

 to create more flavorful breads.

Each student will take home one fresh baked loaf of bread. Refreshments will be provided.
